Privacy Policy
This page explains what Beeto collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Beeto is a product of Beetle Digital Media. Questions? Email hello@getbeeto.com.
What we collect
- Sign-up details: your name, work email, company, store website, where most of your customers are, and anything you tell us about offers or things to avoid.
- Files you choose to upload: brand guides, logos, email screenshots and product photos.
- Where you came from: the ad or link that brought you (for example, a campaign name).
- A scrambled code made from your internet connection. We never store your IP address itself. We use the code only to stop repeat or automated sign-ups.
- Public pages of your website, which Beeto reads to build your Brand Bible.
Why we use it
- To build your Brand Bible and sample emails, and to send them to you.
- To send service emails, such as your confirmation link and "your Brand Bible is ready".
- To keep trials fair: one trial per business.
- To send you tips and updates from Beeto and Beetle Digital Media, only if you ticked that box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who helps us
We use trusted services to run Beeto: Klaviyo (to send our emails), Anthropic and OpenAI (to write and design), Firecrawl (to read your website), Cloudflare (to check for bots) and our own secure server (to store your files). They only get what they need to do their job.
How long we keep it
- If you don't confirm your email, we delete your unfinished Brand Bible and any files after 48 hours.
- We keep your sign-up details so the one-trial rule works. You can ask us to delete them at any time. We then keep only a scrambled code of your email and website, so the trial isn't repeated.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@getbeeto.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
